Welcome to Worlds. These Terms are the agreement between you and Worlds Intelligence, Inc. (“Worlds,” “we,” “us”) for using our app and services. By creating an account or using Worlds, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Worlds

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Worlds.

2. Your account

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@wrlds.co if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. What Worlds does

Worlds connects people through voice calls and lets you record post-call reflections. Worlds records and transcribes calls and reflections, and uses AI to analyze them, generate insights, personalize your experience, improve matching, improve safety, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use this information to sell ads or sell your personal data.

4. Recording and analysis — your consent

By using Worlds, you understand and agree that your calls and reflections are recorded, transcribed, and analyzed to operate, personalize, and improve the service. You also agree that:

Worlds will provide in-product notice when calls or reflections are recorded, transcribed, or analyzed. You agree not to use Worlds to record any conversation where recording is unlawful or where a required participant’s consent has not been obtained.

Insights we derive are automated, may be inaccurate, and are not professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others;
Record people without their consent or where it’s unlawful;
Post or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service;
Use Worlds to violate any law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create on Worlds. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transcribe, analyze, summarize, and display your content as needed to operate, secure, personalize, improve matching, and improve Worlds. You also allow us to create de-identified or aggregated information from your content and activity, subject to our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for backups, legal or security retention, de-identified or aggregated information, and content others have already received.

7. Intellectual property

Worlds and its software, design, and trademarks belong to us and our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app as intended. You may not use our branding without permission.

8. Termination

You can stop using Worlds and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect users or the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

Worlds is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that Worlds will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the insights we derive will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worlds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami Beach, Florida.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Worlds evolves. If changes are material, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Worlds after that means you accept the updated Terms.
